Divya Jyothi is one of the branches of the Helpers of Mary. It is involved in the social upliftment of the tribal in Kinwat Taluka, Nandad District since 1991. The Helpers of Mary were invited to work in Mandvi by local Member of the Legislative Assembly the then Mr. Uttam Rao Rathod.
